What is the Holiday Club?

Holiday Club is packed full of fun and this year our theme is ‘Adventure Trekkers’, exploring the unknown! Holiday club is open to any child in current year reception to year 6.

The week is filled with lots of activities including drama, games, sports, cooking, craft, forestry school and more. In the afternoons there are dance and football workshops for the older children.

We are a Christian organisation and we start the day with all the children together for songs, games and a bible story.

When and where?

Monday 19th – Thursday 22nd August, from 10am to 3pm. It will be held at Kings Church, Raans Road, Amersham, HP6 6LX.

We will also be using St George’s school for the football workshop and forestry school.

Who runs it?

The club is hosted by Kings Church Amersham and the week is run by many volunteers from churches across Amersham.

How much does it cost?

We’d love to be able to offer Holiday Club for free but at a cost of £50 per child this isn’t possible. We ask for a contribution of £50 for each child for the week.

Registration

You are able to register your child for holiday club from Monday 3rd June.

Once we have received your contribution we will confirm you child’s place. From Monday 3rd June you will able to make your donation online.

If you would rather donate by cheque please make it payable to Amersham Churches Holiday Club and send it to Kings Church, Raans Road, Amersham, HP6 6LX.

If you are unable to pay the full amount please contact us as we do have a limited fund that we can access for this. Please do contact us immediately to reserve part of this fund for you and in confidence.

Registrations are done on a first come first served basis, priority will be given to those children who can attend all four days. 100% of all funds donated are spent on the holiday club. Nearly all administration staff and helpers are volunteers.
